2025 Australian almond intake finalised

The Australian almond industry actual intake for the 2025 season has been calculated at 155,697 tonnes (kernel weight equivalent). This is slightly higher than the pre-harvest estimate of 155,531 tonnes issued in February, but almost 7500 tonnes below last year’s record intake of 163,148 tonnes and almost 10% down on the long-term crop forecast.

Almond industry releases new statistics

The ABA’s 2024/2025 Almond Insights handbook was released today following the compilation of the annual planting survey and marketing data.
