China’s demand for Australian almonds has exceeded last year’s record levels after four months of the selling season.
Total exports to China are up 14% on the same period last year.
Indian sales in June were up 38% on last year but still have some ground to make season to date.
Australian growers have just entered one of the most important times of year with 300,000 commercial hives arriving in orchards for the annual pollination season.
